Good community and great service !
We had a really great experience renting with Beven & Brock, especially after having a very bad experience with a previous real-estate agency. Beven & Brock were very helpful during the application process and in general during the whole stay (about two years). We are very thankful to our property manager Doug Hollier, he is such a nice person, always ready to help and fix whatever we needed very quickly, even during holidays, and always with a smile!
I just wanted extend my appreciation to Bevin and Brock. I had a very serious issue locating an accessable and affordable single unit condo for my disabled mother. They were very patient with my mother! And made my mother so comfotable.. Iam so happy i made the choice to deal with Bevon and Brock for your patience, caring, and understanding!!
