What an outstanding job of getting the units rented as we e-mail!!! Letâ??s hear it for Beven and Brock! We now have a full house. Dan, thank you for getting me on board with Beven and Brock!!! Tricia Ford is our HOA's manager for B & B. She is awesome. She communicates well and keeps us posted when there are issues going on in our complex. Yesterday, I had to call her to report a water leak in my master bedroom. After I explained what was happening in my unit, she told me that she'd contact the plumbing company they contract with. That company called me back within the hour and they sent out a plumber very quickly. He was great. Very easy to deal with and extremely thorough. Beven & Brock Management is truly deserving of our respects especially to Mr. Fin BEVEN who diligently helped and guided us to a successful approval of our lease. The lease was not easy to attain but he demonstrated leadership, resilience, and delegation. ROSA who's been there 12 years patiently and kindly assisted in the contracts and informing us of everything we needed to know to render a sound, living situation. You guys are WONDERFUL!!

I lived in a Bevin and Brock apartment for two years, and my move-out process could not have been easier. Within 3 days of giving my moving notice I received a form letter advising me of my right to a pre-move inspection. When I called to set the appointment I got the impression that every tenant who moves is given this same courtesy. My property manager met me and pointed out a few things I had missed.
