Chris did a great job fixing the leak under my kitchen sink. He was fast and friendly and kind enough to double check both the garbage disposal and the dishwasher to make sure the pipe held up under all uses.
I have had the nicest and most helpful people from Beven & Brock. My property manager is very quick to reply on email and always follows through.
Everything has looked great so far, so many thanks for all the work Linda has done prior to us moving in!
I just wanted to tell you that your maintenance person is AWESOME! Very courteous, professional and fast. He fixed the light in my refrigerator, the knobs in my shower (now they all work well and are tightened up) and even patched up the door jamb at the front door where the door chain goes. I am very impressed and happy. This apartment is a good fit for me and your services are excellent. Thank you for all of your help!
Their lawn company is exceptional! They are the best vendor to work with out of all the ones we have experienced. They're efficient, friendly, and very hard working. We have used many lawn services over the years and this is the best we have experienced.

Her attention to detail, follow-through, guidance, etc, etc is like none we have ever experienced. She has truly made our job not only easier, but actually enjoyable!
