Been really pleased with B&B. Always responsive.

It was back on within a 1/2 hour after the plumber called. I can't thank you enough. It made bath time with the 4 year old a lot easier! I came from being an owner at a condo in Pasadena that was self-managed. What a nightmare. I am SO impressed with your responsiveness in this building and thank you SO much!
Fair rental price. Grounds are always maintained well, clean, and inviting. Neighborhood is safe and full of families. Apartment manager always going above and beyond the call of duty to help each tenant make their living experience here as stress free and safe as possible. Also in my experience here, I've witnessed that our Apartment Manager has also always been quick to respond and resolve any apartment related concerns with each tenant as soon as possible.
Omar was very nice and fixed my toilet. I would guess he was there for about an hour, hour and 1/2. He left everything clean etc. Good guy.
Since moving into a complex managed by Beven and Brock, I've been very pleased. I've had a few issues with the toilet and some lights going out but otherwise, I must say I am happy. When I've asked for assistance through the manager on site, all issues were resolved right away. Good job so far, keep up the good work.
