Angie and her co-workers are very responsive. I've been living at my unit for over 7 years and knowing I can rely on them when problems arise is a good feeling.

I am glad that Silvia is the manager which leaves continuity in the transition. The grounds are still clean. When spring comes the then the grounds will be covered. The transition has been relatively short for a long term evaluation.

They are a great property management company. As long as I've lived in the Pasadena area, I've lived in their properties. They have been very helpful and responsive to me and my family needs. I would highly recommend checking out their properties!

By the way, I just wanted to thank you for your prompt responses in dealing with the leak we had, getting us bids, etc. You have done amazing work for us all these years and I don't know if I have ever said thank you!
