The nurses on floor 11 are Exceptional they have gone above and beyond to take care of my son and I can never repay them for their attention, patience, their love and care . I truly feel the care for him!!! 😊
I’ve never really developed a deep relationship with my designated PCPs (all students, residents, and the one permanent PCP I had just moved away). Despite that, I received terrific care from Barbara Rosato, NP, over the years (she connected me with a permanent PCP, but remains my favorite to this day). Today, another NP came to the rescue, Roberta Ferns. I’ve been a patient here for years seeing many different doctors and specialists. I have nothing negative to say they are great!
Here are some of the many issues I've had with BIDMC: 1) I was scheduled to have an MRI with a 3T machine. The operator was aware of that but put me on a 1.5T without asking me. 2) BIDMC sent a bill of mine to a recollection agency without even trying to contact me before. 3) It's impossible to contact a physician after seeing them, unless you make another appointment. In my case, I wanted them to simply change a prescription for some medical imaging, and they never replied to my query. As a result, I wasn't able to get the ... read more
Great people work there giving the best care possible!
I’ve had 3 major surgeries there and 2 minor procedures. The care has always been amazing. Love the RNs!
This is just for floor nurses. YES I do expect no pain after surgery OR try to help! Yes I am hungry, might be nice to know how & I order food and coffee. I CANNOT reach my call buttons are You doing this on purpose? OH REALLY? I need a neck brace to get up to pee... glad I asked. LEARN to use it before attempting to put it on my neck please. Grrrrrrr
I’m still in here right now recovering from a T 12- L1 TLIF I had done Thursday. I was refers here after seeing many doctors in my home state and let me tell you I looked at my wife and said if I knew I’d be in this much pain I would never of had it done but I really had no choice. It took an extra day to get the pain under control and that’s quite simply because everyone is different.
