I went to the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center West Campus emergency room on Tuesday. I was diagnosed with herniated C4 C5 and C6 disks, with a bulging pinched nerve. I originally was not going to be admitted however I was able to meet with Dr. Paul Glazer, and Dr. John DeJesus, who were able to get me admitted and into emergency surgery on Wednesday with an anterior cervical decompression and fusion. Just make sure that you're actually done with the appointment and have seen the doctors before leaving, otherwise they'll call you after you return to your car, pay for parking, and are driving out the garage and say "Can you come back? We're not done with you yet." Extremely frustrating...
Employees were very kind & courteous ...The NICU is where my granddaughter is ...the most helpful, kind and sweet Nurses...they understand everyone's needs & concerns !
The Dr's and staff at Beth Isreal not only saved my life, but saved my arm from amputation. I am EXTREMELY greatful that Brockton Hospital CCU team had me med flighted there. I miss the staff, and looking forward to going back to show them how far I've come along and am on the mend.
My Aunt, recently had surgery. She was on the 5th floor. Stoneman building. Rachel was her nurse. Very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Made my Aunt's stay very comfortable. During our stay, the staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Excellent and professional. I would recommend.
I couldn't have asked for a better team of Drs from the transplant team Joslin center and the urology department to take care of my husband I was able to take him home tonite after being there since Sunday after I had to have him transferred from Salem where the care was awful both on the floor he was on and the er.... The nurses that took care of him farr building 10th floor they also were incredible amd so helpful with his care as well they all should be recognized for there hard work
Terrible patient reception service I was severely disappointed, I just got up and left Brigham & women's is the best ☆☆☆☆☆ Shapiro clinical center 7th floor. Never set foot in that place EVER AGAIN!
Wonderful people and staff. First class Hospital.
