Had to go to my primary today for a follow up after being in the hospital when I asked why was told for my hip fracture “I don’t have a hip fracture !” Maybe it’s with my sugar diabetes the nurse tried to give me insulin for that I don’t have...or the battery for the heart monitor I don’t have...triage is a JOKE..employees sitting wrapped up in blankets at the desk because they are cold while I’m in front of the sliding doors all night where ambulances are coming and going FREEZING. My husband has has 3 surgeries since 2015, by the same thoracic team. We feel so fortunate and blessed to have had the eminently skilled Drs. Magid and Gangadharan by his side. The follow up care from recovery to ICU to the hospital room has been outstanding. Whether physician, nurse, housekeeper or dietary, the excellence of care is outstanding.
