Best kept secret? Let’s keep it that way Awful customer service and highly disappointed. Staff clearly need serious training. Where do I even start? Came in and asked for brown hair with highlights (showed a picture). Instead I got my hair done that looked box dyed (probably would’ve got better results from box dye). My stylist Dylan, was great. She was really attentive and took the time to talk through what colour and cut I was looking for. She was extremely professional and really lovely and I left with a stunning balayage and a great cut , exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be re-booking.

First time visiting the salon. I booked in for a cut and blow over the phone, arrived to be told I’d booked an express wash & blow. Lovely young lady but absolutely no idea what she was doing. Such a disappointment, I payed £21 for a coffee and to get my hair washed, looked 10 times worse when I left than when I arrive. First and last time visiting.

Lovely environment, Tia has been my hairdresser for years & wouldn’t trust anyone with my demands and extreme changes. Lovely environment in the salon & set up.

Mesmerising interior like sitting in a flower garden. Hair Lounge is a warm and friendly hair salon with a team of passionate hairdressers that strive for perfection. My jet black Asian hair was transformed into ash browns , changed my entire look. Definitely will walk out the door looking younger, Maegan took her time, did every bit of my hair with love and passion. Everyone is so lovely as well, which just makes the experience that much better. I’m so pleased that I stumbled across this salon! Will be back again
