Worst best buy store. Completely unprofessional phone sales associate.
I purchase a phone at full price on the ATT network, picked out a plan, and said I did not want a contract. What does the guy to? He tries to sneak one on me. I'm typing this review in front of the store out of unabated fury, because the manager made excuses and did not seem to care. I made them fix it. Now I need to go to ATT to make sure it was done right. Wasted my day and my gas. I'll never be back. I'm calling the general manager tomorrow while I'm at work. Maybe ECC too.
This is the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. This is the absolute WORST customer experience I’ve ever encountered with any retailer EVER. THE MANAGEMENT at the location is terrible. I won’t go into details about what happened; however, @FredRoth should realize that people can shop online for the same good with the hassle harassment embarrassment and discrimination.
How can you tell someone their refund will go back in their account same day knowing that it won’t
Came in to purchase a new television. Had a couple questions. 5 people standing around in the tv section on their phones laughing and cutting up. Did not acknowledge the two of us one time. Terrible customer service
Went to this location to get a new TV. The price match system is a joke. They couldn’t price match Dell and gave an excuse of it being sold by Dell for a 3rd party. Ended up buying the TV from Dell. This is why we do most of our shopping on the internet now. Best Buy just lost another customer. Former customer 2001- 2017

This was the best experience I've ever had at a best buy! The customer service was great and friendly smiles everywhere.
