This is the worst Best Buy in Birmingham. employees are rude, the manager is even worse. if you dont like your job, quit.
I walked up to @ BEST BUY (Birmingham HWY280 store) today at 11:20 with no customers, two employees talking and two employees sitting in chairs texting on their phones. I asked for an adopter and they asked me if I had an appointment. I told them no. The employee informed me I needed an appointment because they were short handed. I understand there is a pandemic going on but if your going to open up to the public don't be rude. I scheduled an in-store consultation at this store from 12 to 1230. They had me waiting outside for 15 min and then the rep came up to meet me and asked me what I wanted. I told him he told me just so you know you only have 15 minutes. I waited outside for 15 of those minutes though. Then he told me to sit infront of a monitor to look at laptops but the chairs were dirty and crumbs in them. How can you give someone store credit for a cash purchase with receipt in hand and not allow them to shop in your store the same day? Terrible.
I wanna know how you can give someone merchandise credit and then tell them they are not allowed to use the card to purchase another item as what they have returned. I will be making a complaint to your corporate office.
