2 bad experiences here out of three. First cut was great. Second cut, I was rudely chastised about the tangles in my child’s hair and ordered to comb it. While I was combing, I was rudely told to do something to my other child (who was already having a cut). I had to ask which to do first. The content of the request was not the issue: it was made so rudely. Not the way you speak to anyone, let alone a customer. Have been twice to Bertie and Belle Hove, booked with Olena both times, once for babies first cut and then his second cut. Olena was warm and welcoming and did a fab job both times even the second visit when he was far more comfortable and moved around A LOT he came out looking super cute, he loves going there and talks about his haircut in the car with anyone who will listen. Thank you Olena - from Kittie and Bodhi :)
Unfortunately we won't be coming back. I specifically asked for the haircut on my son to be not short as we like his beautiful hair. As soon as haircut started I was shocked how much she was cutting off ! I couldn't say anything as it was to late so thos tragedy went. Now 90% of his hair is gone and as much as I know they will grow back it doesn't change the fact how upsetting that is. He was also all covered in hair as we were not offered a cape ? Instead I got one as he was seating on my laps. Anyway ... won't recommend
Very friendly and accommodating squeezed my boys appointments in together, they could watch a program of their choice and left with lollipops and balloons!
Really accommodating, speedy enough to get the cut done before they lose interest but enough time to ease the kid in
