Had an amazing experience here today with my very active 3 year old. The hairdresser explained everything she was doing and even showed him the clippers on his arm first.He absolutely did not sit still but she managed an amazing job. I will be recommending it to everyone I know. Thanks again :-)

Such a shame as we loved the vehicles, the staff were so friendly, offered a tablet and a biscuit and had some great products on sale. But the hair cut was awful. When we left I could see it was pretty uneven but as it has grown our slightly it's terrible! For £20 is the most expensive toddler haircut we have got and the worst by far. Definitely need to offer more training to the staff. I could have done a better job!

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve cried a lot today. As a parent, all you can do is communicate clearly. I showed a realistic photo of exactly what I wanted—a picture of my own son from a year ago with his natural hair. It was simple and achievable. She agreed to the photo, and we began.
