We have had a fantastic experience! We have been with them for two years and plan to stay for a while. Their apartments are beautiful and well cared for. The terms of the lease are fair, and any maintenance request has been resolved within 24 hours. Wouldn't change a thing and that's saying something for NYC real estate!

Great landlords. I lived in Berman Realty apts for 4 years. The apartments are good quality and no fee, and the Bermans are responsibe landlords and fix any maintenance issues very quickly. Highly recommend!
