RecommendedMy wife and I rented an apartment from Berman Realty for two years. The apartment and the building were well maintained, and any issues raised with management were quickly repaired or otherwise addressed. The rental increase from year-to-year was also modest and fair in light of the then-existing market. I highly recommend them.

I settled into a Berman Realty apartment over a year ago and I've had only positive experiences. Any concerns/requests I've had were resolved swiftly and fully, communication is smooth and cordial, and the move-in process was a breeze.
We had an amazing first couple of years living in NYC (Park Slope) in one of the Berman properties. Very attentive, always willing to help or at least provide some form of useful response. Great group of honest and genuine people in that office, they keep things simple and to the point. Only reason to part ways was finding a spot in Manhattan, then eventually LA... but can confidently say we miss having landlords like this. Couldn't recommend them more to anyone moving to this part of Brooklyn.
I had a very positive experience with Berman Reality, by far the best landlord I have had in NYC or anywhere else in the world! Always very attentive and proactive going above and beyond any requests or issues, hoping to have the chance to rent with them again in the future.
