Ok I don't live in their building yet...but I love the Bermans and they renewed my faith in the NYC rental market. So far, I've met Sandy and Marc (our new landlord). Sandy showed us multiple apartments last Saturday, and was SUPER sweet and helpful. We met Marc when we went back to sign the lease on Sunday, and he seems totally genuine and friendly. I have been in my gorgeous apartment for more than two years, and have had a great experience with Berman from the start. I can't fathom moving.
My boyfriend and I rented a gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment in Park Slope through Berman Realty from 2013-2014 and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are incredibly professional and timely - always responding quickly to our needs. The apartment and building are beautifully maintained. We really could not have asked for a better experience.
