I've rented from Berman Realty for the past 4 years and the experience has been amazing. Everyone at the office is super helpful and if there were ever any issues (which were very, very, very few), they were quick to fix and aid. I highly recommend their services!
We've now gone through Berman twice to find an apartment. Both times the process was incredibly smooth. The prices are fair they are a delight to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have lived in Berman apartments for almost 3 years and its been nothing but a great experience. At the drop of a hat, Marc and team will help out with anything you need. My apartment is beautiful , the buildings are well maintained, and the entire Berman family is such a pleasure.
Berman Realty is fantastic! I had a beautiful apartment for two years and they were wonderful throughout (including opening up a wall in the apartment so I could fit my sofa in - for free!). 12 year tenant at Park Slope brownstone. I would give 10 stars if i could for being the best anyone could ask for in a great landlord. Can say they are hands down extremely responsive property managers and very attentive caretakers.
I have been a happy Berman Realty tenant for over a decade and have nothing but wonderful stories to share. Their properties are beautiful and wonderfully maintained, and their customer service is the best in the biz. If there is something in my apartment that needs to be repaired, it is taken care of by the time I come home from work at the end of the day -- that's a rare thing in NYC! I rented from Berman Realty for two years, and it was far and away my best rental experience in New York in twenty-six years. They were everything you could want in a landlord: honest, direct, responsive, accessible, hardworking, and competent. They kept my building in excellent condition and addressed any issues I had immediately. What I liked most of all was the sense of dealing with a family business, of dealing with people who were always aware they were renting to other people.
My experience so far with Berman Reality has been fantastic! This has by far been the most positive experience I've ever had with renting an apartment in NYC/Brooklyn. Any concern we had about our new apartment was addressed the very same day and handled above our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Berman Reality to anyone looking to rent in the Park Slope area!!
Berman Realty is a pleasure to work with! I recently moved into a Park Slope brownstone and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. The apartment is fairly priced, has been well maintained and was very clean when we moved in (which is hard to say on move in day with an NY apartment). Marc and Joe give exceptional, personal service to their tenants - I would definitely recommend Berman Realty for your apartment search!
