Kairee Haley was wonderful. She took the time to teach me about all the equipment on the car and even called me a few days later to see if everything was going well. She said just call her and she would walk me through what I could figure out. Thank You for the great experience Kairee.
We bought a vehicle and within 45 days we needed a new battery, new engine and now more things are wrong and they are unwilling to work with us and wouldn't let us trade in for a new vehicle because we didn't own it for 6 months. So much for standing by your customers! Will never buy a vehicle from Berger again!!
Worst dealership ever ! I will never purchase another car from them and I recomend that no one else does! I bought a car four months ago already needed 800 dollars in repairs! Sleazy salesmen and even worse management ! No one was helpful even to the point of being rude ! They definitely took advantage of me because I'm young . I spoke with the sales manger to resolve the issue he did nothing but say basically oh well and while they were doing the repairs they stole somethings out of my car ! You guys fucking suck !
I wish I could give zero stars! They will push and push and not let you leave til you buy. Then talk you into spending more money on a warranty that they will never honor. Stay away from Adam Havens in The Service department, he's a jackass! Rude!!!!!! Nobody in my family will be back again.
Got me in right away instead of two weeks like everywhere else! Thanks Adam!
