I will never buy another car from Berger or recommend anyone else to visit. I complained to my salesman about my "new" brakes grinding when I came to a stop... And I was told it was just a new brake sound, and to expect it to sound like "metal on metal"... Well, I still don't know that I believe that excuse. I was told to drive another few hundred miles on it and then it should work itself out (this was about 2 weeks-ish into me owning the car), and the problem has only worsened. To much to say ... Ill i know is im not going back to buy a 2017 cruze hatchback .. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Nick at Berger is awesome. With both of us having less than great credit we were able to get the truck he wanted for a great payment and even found an awesome deal on insurance! We had a great experience with him and Berger and within a year when I need a new vehicle I know where we will be going again!

My vehicle was taken to the service department after spending a ridiculous amount of money at another shop and not having it fixed. I worked with Fawn Devine and not only did she get me in the very next morning, but she was honest about everything, saved me money where she could and also let me know which issues could wait. Plus, she had it all finished the same day. She also made sure I had transportation for the day and filled me in every couple of hours. My Bf had Berger fix his tailight bulb l th kept going back out after a couple months finally after the fourth time he took it To a different service garage where it was found the the Berger mechanic only twisted the wires that were broken together and used electrical tape and that's what was coming Undone all those Times this is something I would expect from A back yard mechanic not a company that claims to be be the best do your research and go somewhere else.
