HORRIBLE experience. Do not recommend. 1- Be weary of any "specials", such as this months $6,000 over KBB for your trade. This deal is only on a handful of "select vehicles" , and "reconditioning" is then deducted .... they will go as far as deducting to buff your head lights. 2- Your time means nothing to them, verbal agreements mean nothing to them, and handshakes mean nothing to them. I had an amazing experience with Berger! My car saleswoman, Sylvia Dana, worked extremely hard to find the right car for me and got my monthly payments exactly where they needed to be.
