RecommendedJust purchased a new car from here yesterday. I bought a 2014 Malibu and its just beautiful I love it. I also came with my 93 yr old grandpa and more than one of the customer service reps was great in dealing with him lol. Todd was above and beyond in helping us out and the guy who washes the vehicles also popped hood and explained everything underneath to grandpa. Great customer service from everyone especially Todd he was great. Thanks berger

We purchased our 2nd car from them today. Matt in the used sales was great. We ended up purchasing a new vehicle and he was able to get us the most for our trade. He found us the best car for what we were that had the most rebates to help us with the negitive on our car.
Very rude service. Made me feel like shit and a waste of time. I sat down and told the guy that I was looking for a trade in no money down and to see what my options were. I got the quoted payment and how much for a down payment i needed I told him I can't afford the down payment. The sales person goes, "Then why are you here then." I argued with him to give me my car keys back. Rudest service I have every gotten from a dealership. Will NEVER buy a car from Berger even if it was a free car.
I'm so impressed with the service department there. Jeremy Anderson is a great advisor who went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much for making it easier to go to a place I really don't want to go to.
Nick Butler and Jeff Mariner were both great to work with. I would highly recommend both of them to my friends and family and will definitely be back in the future!
