I bought a Chevrolet Equinox from Duane Woodwyk at Berger Chevrolet this week, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. everything went well for the most part. coffee was nice and hot.
I brought in my 2015 chevy equinox that now has rust on the trunk area. Told too bad. Plus they want to buy my car from me and try to sell me a new car for more money per month. Not going to buy from them again. And I don't think I will by a GMC vehicle ever again. I guess customer service isn't really what they have in mind here.

The sales guy was nice, but the $5000 over KBB sounded to good to be true and for me it was. Basically, said my car was worthless, it is a loaded 2009 with 73,000 miles. Was looking at a Cruz on a lease, came back way higher than what I said was my top. Then gave me the old this is the best I can do it's the end of the month. Disappointed they didn't even try to make it work, or look at other lease options possibilities. Felt like they just showed me the door.
