Terrible customer service. The website stated that parts department was open but when I arrived I was informed it was closed. I had a part that I required for that day in order to complete a project. Extremely frustrating to see a dozen workers but no one was able to go get my part.
RecommendedRyan in service was so great to work. I would highly recommend him and his staff. They helped me out so much in my repairs. I will definitely go back when I need work done. Jacob in parts was super too!
RecommendedMs. Hankerson was a wonderful help and she was very patient with me and my picky selection. She help me decipher threw the many selections-they had on their multiple lots, and got me in and out in no time. I rate her with five stars.
RecommendedI had a great experience working with Kayla, and Jessica. They were very helpful in getting me in the truck that I wanted within my payment range. Also the GSM Shane was a pleasure to work with. The Finance Manager really helped out with other options. These people are great! There shouldn’t be any reason that I won’t be back when it’s time to get into another Chevrolet. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
RecommendedKenny was awesome! Long story short I was in a difficult situation; he didn’t give me the run around and was straight forward! He pretty much handled everything while I was at work. I got off and went straight to the dealership, IN AND OUT! 🥳 Thanks again Kenny for my 2020 Chevy Malibu, keep up the good work!
