Couldn't be happier with my new Silverado! Staff went above and beyond!
Worst customer service. If you have something go wrong with your purchased vehicle and have them fix it 1 it will be the wrong thing fixed 2 when going back the second time to have repaired again you will get the run around for over a week before they will even do anything!
I am "was" a dedicated GM owner. The last 4 vehicles I have purchased have been Pontiac Chevy or GMC. Do your self a favor and take your hard earned money somewhere else. Berger is nothing like what you heard growing up, ive had multiple issues and not one taken care of. Very unfortunate that this place can take full advantage of someone scotch free, thanks to BBB.
