I purchased a 2016 Equinox on Monday. I love the vehicle. I worked with salesman Sancho and he was very nice. However, the finance manager is not very nice at all. He talked me into an extended warranty, which after some research, I cancelled. But he was soooo rude when I told him I wanted to cancel, that I requested to not meet with him when I returned to sign the paperwork. He was very unprofessional. Dawn Maxwell-Small is the best saleswoman. She is so great to work with. Funny, honest, genuine, and down-to-Earth. I have purchased two cars using her as my salesperson, and I don't think I will go to anyone else. She will make the whole experience a good time. I was laughing throughout our appointment and I left with a new car at a great price. Berger as a whole has exceeded my expectations from buying my car to service. I always recommend them to people looking for a new or used car.
