We had an 8:30am appointment to have our ignition replaced. My husband told them when he dropped it off, that he didn't want diagnostics done because we are sure it's the ignition. So today they call him at work to say they want to run the diagnostics, my husband finally agreed. He got out of work at 3:30, went up there, and the car hasn't been touched. Worst customer experience ever!! They’re salesmen’s that’s it! Once the car is sold you no longer matter to them!! No help always get the run around I only had one simple question! Made multiple trips just to get turned away! Called them multiple times no answer!� I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to shop with them!THEY ARE HORRIBLE
