My husband is too kind to say anything publicly, but we have had some horrific experiences in the last 3 days of trying to buy a car. Courtesy Ford of Okemos and Berger Chevrolet of Grand Rapids, you should be ashamed of your service. You have done nothing but fulfill the stereotype of slimy, lying, rude and terrible used car sales people. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I urge you to avoid these two dealerships. These guys were able to get me into a vehicle despite my bad credit. Quite frankly the vehicle has been nothing but problems since I bought it, but these guys always want to go above and beyond and make things right.
RecommendedCan't find any Better people or Dealership. I have brought my last 4 Personal vehicles from them. Plus all of my Company vehicles were purchased there. If you have any questions about the vehicle they are quick to answer. And when you purchase one they walk you through all of the New technology. And as we grow older that is a Great Help. I have only had 1 problem with a vehicle and they gave me a loaner and had it fixed right away. Thanks to the Berger Team. Rich Ulrich

We have bought Three cars now from Heather Jensen in the past three years. She is very professional and takes the time to make sure your comfortable with your purchase and that you know how to operate everything. Also big shout out to the rest of the staff that stayed open an extra two hours to make a sale. You guys rock and can’t wait to visit you again in a couple of years when I trade my other car in.
