Why do you have appointments for your service center if you aren't going to have a tech available at the appointment time to take care of the vehicle? I had a 10am appointment but my car wasn't even looked at until 3:29. It took the tech less then an hour to figure out problem and fix it, but I had to be with out a car most of the day.
Very disappointing. To not waist anyone's time (especially mine), I called the dealership to inquire about the current sale. I was told by the young lady on the phone that the best thing to do was to come in and have my car apprased. She also informed me that it would probably be hard to get me into the new vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted, but might not be impossible. Purchased 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Truck two weeks ago. Our sales person Dustin was great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him and Berger to everyone I know.
