Very disappointing. To not waist anyone's time (especially mine), I called the dealership to inquire about the current sale. I was told by the young lady on the phone that the best thing to do was to come in and have my car apprased. She also informed me that it would probably be hard to get me into the new vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted, but might not be impossible. Purchased 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Truck two weeks ago. Our sales person Dustin was great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him and Berger to everyone I know.

I live on the other side of the state and have been using Heather for several years now. She has always gone above and beyond for every deal not only for myself but my friends and family. She is the benchmark of what every sales experience should be like.
First off I had a less-than-desirable experience back in 2007 with the purchase of my Cobalt SS supercharged. I decided to give Berger one more try about 3 weeks ago. I told them I was interested in purchasing two used vehicles and they still have not gotten back with me. This is been almost 3 weeks, totally unacceptable. I will be taking my business someplace else.
I love Berger Chevrolet's excellent customer, Especially my Customer Service Technician, Fawn. My car was repaired over the weekend and I was given a 2018 loaner at no charge and my car runs great now. Thanks Fawn and Berger!

My husband and I bought a 2012 jeep from Larry at the pre own lot and we are extremely pleased with his knowledge and how much he cares about his customers. I had to bring the Jeep in a week later due to some unusual sounds in the tire which Dustin in the service department took extremely good care in me and explained everything about the tires! I am extremely satisfied with berger because we no longer have to deal with Car city and Orbit leasing! Highly recommend Larry and Dustin !
