We just purchased the 2009 Dodge Caliber from your used car lot and love it! We've known Eugene Sellaro for years and he continued to be professional and considerate of our needs and wants and price range. We haven't worked with any other sales associates but that's because Eugene's the best! ;)
Took my car in to get repairs done. And I'm very happy with how it turned out. Everyone I had dealt with was extremely nice.
I was recently driving through Grand Rapids and my turn signal burnt out. It was a big ordeal because of the type of car it is. FawnDevine, did a maintenance check and found a recall on my power steering that was under warranty. I was extremely happy. Fawn showed me the waiting area, I joking said I wanted a cheese burger. Can you believe she got a driver to take me to a restaurant to get something to eat. Wow.
2015 silverado with 7500 miles has been in for warranty 3 times. First time for a vibration which they said was normal (bs) the 2nd time for a window issue which they fixed. 3rd time for the vibration again, transfer case noise and a thumping in the suspension. Let's just say they had it for 2 days and nothing is fixed, it's all normal they say. Well as a technician myself I know what I'm feeling and hearing. Berger service dept sucks.
Just bought a car from here last year November and it's been in the shop twice now for the same issue (Chevy dealer remind you) I can't wait to trade it in this is bs.
Patrick Ball was a wonderful salesman. Couldn't have been happier after a terrible experience at Preferred in GH. He was helpful, knowledgeable, fair and honest. Everything I want in a salesman and we love our new 2016 Traverse!!!
Very nice, helpful salespeople, but their used cars seem to be a bit overpriced. They may be great for new cars, I don't know. Do your research! :)
1 star is even too generous for Berger. Awful customer service, shady people trying to get money by performing services without communicating charges first. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
