Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!
All is well until after you have purchased the vehicle. I am completely unsatisfied with the customer service. One lie after another!
Worst thing I did was buy at berger, quick to sell with no explanation of n e thing. Got a car that instantly needed an expensive fix etc. Got the run around. And also the gap insurance I got was $900 as opposed to others ar $295. Way to be a crappy but yet very commercial dealership.....
Heather and Cathy, both were AMAZING!!!! We are now customers for life! Heather is very friendly, funny, and after talking with us, knew exactly what we wanted. Cathy, worked her magic, and made it happen. Thank you both so very much for listening and giving us a chance. You have made our year!
