Great customer service detail – Brad noted that we should have Piedmont Gas upgrade our gas meter to make sure we had the capacity to operate an tankless unit and our other gas appliances. When we contacted Piedmont, they were surprised that we had hired a company with the foresight to identify this potential issue. The technician at Piedmont said they usually get called afterwards when there is a problem. That is great customer service and attention to detail....Thank you Brad!

Took the time to explain – We would like to write a thank you for the quality of our experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. We looked at several Nashville plumbers to replace our leaky 75 gallon water heater with an Noritz tnakless. This was a mjor purchase for our home and a product we were not familiiar with. We selected Ben Franklin becasue of the knowledge and time that Brad Curry took to explain the features , understand our needs, and to determine the best placement in our home
