I worked exclusively with Chris Montgomery on this project and I can't say enough great things about him and the job he did for me. I have since given his name (and that of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) to two other people. Chris was responsive, professional, presented himself well, thorough, efficient, and did a wonderful job of explaining things to me in terms I could understand. I would say he is an asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and that I would use them again solely based on my experience with him.

Merrit and Zach with Benjamin Franklin have been fantastic. Their pricing is on the high end for plumbing, but you get what you pay for in quality, cleanliness, professionalism, and warranty.
