I contracted with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they were the most prompt in contacting me to come to my home to check out the work to be done. They sent one of their tech's right away. Brad from Ben Franklin plumbing came out, right on time. He was professional, competent, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me fix a couple of things in my 1930 renovation. I would call on him again in a heartbeat, and plan to. He took great care to be neat, he explained and showed me the "whys and why nots" of each repair, and came prepared to complete the work on the spot. You can have complete confidence in this company.

Brian went out of his way to make sure my job got done right and that the proper equipment was installed. After hearing back from other contractors it did seem as if my labor charges were higher than most.

Todd, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me ideas on clearing up my problem and was able to give me a quote on the spot for a larger project I need to do.
