Nice guy, Way expensive – The price he did charge the first time he came out was way high, the second time I needed a plumber they wanted a ridiculous amount of money again. I called a different plumber and saved over 1,000.00. I signed up for their monthly plan which also ended up being kind of a rip off. I would recommend using someone else.
They wanted A LOT of $$$$$ – The guy, Brian, was on time and very polite, but when he pulled out the pricing book and we discovered it would be nearly $1000 to fix 2 leaks, we sent him packing. We can't testify to the quality or timeliness of their work because we simply couldn't afford them. The same work was done by another company the next day for $141.
