Joseph Moore is the man. It took his entire arsenal of plumbing power tools to break a stubborn clog in a 47 year old cast iron pipe. He went above and beyond to get that pipe flowing again. All pricing was up front and clearly stated with no surprises. Very, very expensive, but considering the manpower required to fix the issue I agree it was worth it in the end.

Thomas Whitley explained my options clearly and answered any questions I had as I watched him complete the job. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was impressed and will ask for him again on any plumbing needs I might have. Ben Franklin Plumbing has not let me down on jobs big and small over the last 2-3 years.

Chris Mead & Juan Gomez did an excellent job! I could not have asked for better service! We had a sewer pipe that backed up into our bathroom. They had to replace all the piping in front of our home. They took care of everything, and did not leave a mess. They were professional and easy to work with. They did an outstanding job explaining what the issue was and the different ways to correct the issue, along with the pros and cons. The professionalism, knowledge and curtesy of the companies’ employees were outstanding

Best co every, Jason is off on Friday and thats when I wanted my new dishwasher installed he called and said he would come by but we told him wait until sat when he works he is super and I want him to put it in

Joseph and team did an ecellent job! They were on time for the estimate and the scheduled time for my install. Joseph explained evrything in detail prior to starting the job and also when they completed the Job.

Thomas and his battle buddy are seasoned professionals. They did a outstanding job explaining what the issue was and the different ways to correct the issue, along with the pros and cons. The professionalism, knowledge and curtesy of the companies employees was outstanding. The prices of the company are very high. This off course will push some members and customers away.

The service was prompt and courteous. The price was outrageous. I was charged 671.00 for a kitchen sink faucet. I was also charged the full price for the call although I signed up for the Ben Society. I was told if I signed up I would only be charged $49.00. I was charged $79.00, the full rate.

Thomas and Hosa came out Sunday . This wasn't the first time in the past couple of months we needed a plumber. The two men worked constantly over an hour and explained every thing being done along the way. They have a camera mounted on their equipment to take pictures while under the house. I feel confident in their work. They did a great job.
