So I was out of town with my daughter for almost an entire week only to return home to a completely flooded house. A pipe going to my water heater busted in my storage room and flooded at least 50% of my house! My neighbor recently had them do work on their plumbing and we jokingly laughed because I've never before had an issue! We had an emergency sewer line replacement situation. Jason, Juan, and Wendell came immediately to our rescue! We are SO pleased with their oustanding work! Neighbors called to say how amazing our yard looked after having been dug up! All three were very respectful and went out of their way to help us!

Had clogged sink in kitchen and I couldn't unclog it so I called Ben Franklin. Had somebody out in less than 30 mins. Thomas W. showed up and I explained what the problem was. He did some looking around and suggested that he run a sewer machine through the line to check for clogs. He did his thing and clog was gone in 15 mins. Thomas was professional and courteous and fast. I will definitely be using Ben Franklin for future problems.

Thomas W. arrived at my home on Saturday night for a pipe that broke in my kitchen. He came back on Sunday to complete the job. He is very knowledgealbe and did a super job getting my pipes and water line back in order! I highly recommend him for any plumbing job, I would use Ben Franklin Plumbing again and I am going to refer some friends as well.

Was told it would cost $39 for them to come out and look at a hot water heater issue. Ended up paying $159. Was told that part of my wall would need to be cut away to install the new water heater (which would be my responsibility to hire someone to fix after they were done). $2,300 not including the $595 5yr. service contract and the cost of fixing my wall. Went to Lowe's paid $1,118 (which included a 5yr. Service contract) and no cutting away my wall. Need I say more? Ridiculous!!

Today February 2, 2016 I call ben franklin plumbing about drain problem we have has off and on for years. without saying we have a few plumbing company who has service us.BUT this day I was sent chris mead now we have flush,flush,drain,drain, my wife and I are happy,happy .MANY THANKS TO YOU CHRIS
