Joseph has been at my house for the past two days fixing my gas leak so I can get my heat back on. He was such a nice guy and made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way. I called Liberty Utilities at 8:00am to get my gas turned back on and they claimed they were too busy and would be out tomorrow. Ben Franklin's Jason E. came to my house to access my situation and was very helpful and informative. He was on time and wore his shoe covers so he would not mess up my floors. Great service and will call him again if his services are needed.

Thomas gave me 4 options to clear slow sewer drainage and recommended the medium priced option. His judgement was correct and he cleared the obstruction with no collateral damage. I was very pleased.

Mr. Whitley arrived shortly after I received the call saying a pro was on the way. I called for service around 12:30 PM and he was here within two hours. I had to replace my shower faucet; the diverter was practically nonexistent when he removed the old faucet as were the washers inside. There was an issue with the old pipe connecting to the new fixture, but this did not deter him. He kept at it until it was right. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and his positive attitude! Highly recommended!!

Thomas W was my tech and I couldn't be happier. He explained all of my options and was punctual and professional. It took a bit to figure out the issue, but it wasn't a run of the mill problem. He kept at it until he was able to figure it out. Will definitely ask for him again if the need arises.

I spoke with Kristen when I called, and she was super sweet! I had been without hot water for 5 days at that point (dealing with an Extended Warranty company) and it was 10:30 on a Friday morning. She was extremely friendly and sympathetic to my situation and assured me that they would absolutely be able to get me hot water before the end of the day! My family had a VERY POSITIVE experience with Joseph & his Ben Franklin crew working in our home. Mr. Chris Mead was the Plumber that came Tuesday (Sept 1, 2015) to assess the damage done by a hot water pipe leak under our master bathroom tub. Mr. Chris and Mr. Juan were very courteous when I was asking all kinds of questions while they were repairing the tub area. Mr. Chris came back today (Sept 5, 2015), at our convenience, to put the commode back in. Thank you for having such a great young man working for you!
