So, One of the tub faucets has been leaking for over a month now. It started off as a small trickle but has gotten worse. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They came out and said it would cost $1,110 to fix the pipe. Not only that but they said the fiberglass enclosure would have to be torn out to get to the pipe so that’s an additional 3 to 5 thousand dollars. I told my friend about the situation. We managed to plug our kitchen drain and they sent someone out same day, even though we called at 2:30 p.m.! Blake was very friendly and professional; he fixed everything up very quickly! I have always had great experiences with Ben Franklin and I will continue to use their company for any of my plumbing or gas issues!
Ben Franklin Plumbing Southeast has great technicians. My home has begun to show its age a little bit but BFPS technicians like James Macon have helped me in a timely manner while giving me economical solutions that last and improve the quality of my home.
