Called Ben Franklin of Columbus on 2 bathroom faucets leaking to stop the leaks and this was the plumber diagnosis on the leaking faucets. He could not repair and advised replacing the faucets with new ones to the cost of $1132.00. Needless to say I did not fall for that rip off and told him I would just continue to let them leak. These guys wanted $1040 to do one hour worth of work! I called another plumber who did the job in one hour for $119.49, including parts. Total savings, $920.51 per hour. I'm not saying they are crooks, but
Thomas did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and in order when before he left. The price was reasonable. I would definitely have ben franklin Plumbing for any other plumbing needs.
Chris M. Was great, very efficient, explained the issue and gave the best options to correct the issue. He completed the replacement as quick as possible and left the area in better condition than he came into it as.

We had a consultation and the next morning we had 2 water heaters installed and our septic issue resolved. Joseph Moore was very thorough in explaining the install process, the warranty and the service agreement. All the work was completed in a very timely manner and we feel very secure with the work done and the relationship of Joseph Moore.
The service person, Joseph, was prompt, polite, friendly, and did a good job. We were very satisfied, and highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.
