I will not be calling this rude company ever again. The dispatch told me “if I’m looking for cheap than cheap is not them”. “ Their on the higher end, so let’s not waste our time. Very rude!
After calling 2 plumbers who didn’t respond I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Big mistake. $39 service charge to be told it would cost at least $250 to replace toilet fill valve, which sells for $10 at Ace Hardware! And no warantee because apparently our water pressure is too high. However for a mere $1000 they could fix that 😳 Giant rip off; don’t use them. I am now fixing myself 🤷♀️

We had a plumbing emergency last week. I called Ben Franklin and they sent a plumber out immediately. Bill H. was so professional and helpful, got the job done. kept me updated on everything he was doing, and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. We will definitely be using this company and requesting him for all of our plumbing needs while we are here in Columbus.

Thank you guys for coming out and fixing the leak in my grandmother's front yard. I was able to get a consultation quickly . Then have the repairs done quickly. The two men that came out worked quickly and even worked in the rain . I highly recommend them .
I needed my entire drain line replaced. This was a huge job, but Chris Mead did an amazing job of communicating and working quickly to get the job done. They made the process a stress less as possible considering the magnitude of the work needed. I would recommend them to anyone who has a large job that needs to be done. They also completely cleaned up afterwards. No mess for me to deal with after the ordeal.
