We are absolutely impressed with our cabin which we use as a bar, hot tub and deck area. From design to completion the service from Andy and his team has been very professional and supportive. We outlined our requirements and Andy worked with Lugarde to design a bespoke building. Andy provided support and advice on the foundations, which we constructed ourselves. After researching a couple of companies for the type of cabin we wanted, we decided to go with Beaver Log Cabins due to the professional way we were dealt with. Despite the price of the cabin we chose being the most expensive out of all the ones we reviewed at other companies, we felt it was the best option as better value for money. Andy is very thorough and very enthusiastic at what he does and this was another reason for deciding to go with them. Fully recommended.
Very helpful at point of consultation and ordering however customer service once order was placed then deteriorated, communication associated with order progress was non-existent. No clear delivery date communicated until pretty late, exceeded estimated delivery time blaming delays on Lugarde their supplier. Fitters polite and helpful. Quality of pergola we ordered is good, just tainted by customer experience received - following order, waiting for installation and following installation
