Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Excellent smoked meats- you’ll find few better this side of the mississippi

Always good food I bought my fiancee and his boys for the first time and they loved it will be back for sure this was my second time at the restaurant but not the first time having delicious food!
We drove an hour and a half just to eat here! The best BBQ by far. Pork steak just melts in your mouth. Will be back soon.
