Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Don’t let the humble appearance fool you. This place is a bbq Mecca. David Sandusky spares no expense using quality meats such as Duroc pork and Wagyu/Prime brisket. A chef turned pitmaster, he’s created a go-to bbq spot on the Illinois side. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Must get: pork belly, pork steak, chicken wings, Brussels sprouts
I'm literally sitting here eating their pork steak with only a PLASTIC fork! I love that I live so close to a place this awesome!

Love the beast. We drive from arnold mo to here just for the bbq. We know we will be getting great tasty food for a great price. Staff is friendly and attentive. My favorite place to get bbq
Pulled pork with cherry chipotle were wonderful and the sides made the meal. Had the brussel sprouts and the Mac and cheese...both rocked.
