Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

The Beast is amazing! Best brisket, ribs, pork steak EVER! Sides are awesome, Candied Bacon! Better than Memphis or Austin!
Excellent brisket, and side of beans (don't wait too late; they were out of mac, bacon, and cheese). BBQ is alive and well in the St. Louis area!
I love this place. I just ordered today, nachos, fries and I'm not usually a huge dessert fan but I decided to get the banana bread pudding. The food, as usual, is amazing. I ate til I wanted to puke. But that pudding...AMAZING. I'm currently still throwing my face into this dessert. So good!
I love this place! We have a BBQ very close and I would rather make the drive to Beast. The food is great so get there early before they sell out. Oh and get the biggest sprouts you can because they are the bomb.
The service is excellent and the food is Fantastic!! The Pork Steak is a Religious Experience in its self. LOVE THIS PLACE!
Best brisket I’ve ever had!! Sides were fire!! Especially the Brussels sprouts!! Staff was amazing!!
