Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

We stopped in for lunch on our way home from visiting family. The baked beans are probably the best I’ve had in my life.. brisket was juicy and tender.. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Staff ways friendly and very helpful, We will definitely stop back in when we’re in town.. wish this was a place closer to where we live..
We ordered an Easter ham and could not have been happier. It was delicious.
I stopped by to get lunch for work tonight, only to get home without the wings I ordered. I called to let them know they forgot to put my wings in the bag. I thought they would tell me that I could get them the next time I came. To my surprise, the owner drove to Collinsville to deliver my wings and apologize. Went for lunch.. place is ok inside got the ribs and gf got Wagyu brisket..Wagyu was full of fat...beyond being marbled...and the ribs were ok and just about room temperature..only got 3 of them...also got the fries...which were not many at all.. Nothing worse than leaving and your still hungry...
I could tell by the smell while still on the parking lot I was in for a treat! I had some outstanding ribs along with prime brisket! They told me the wagyu brisket was a higher quality of meat, but I really don't think it could have been any better! Next time I'll try the pork steak, or maybe turkey. I have an idea from my first visit that it is all spectacular! Very friendly staff and no complaints about the prices. It's a winner!!!
