"All Killer, No Filler" is how we build our daily menus. Every item is the very best we could prepare it that day, or it doesn't make the cut. Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

We loved it! It was a great atmosphere and with our great friends. We wii be going back again

Sorry there are only 5 Stars available for this rating. I live in Eureka MO and happened upon Beast while car shopping. While it's not just around the corner for me, there is no other place I'd rather enjoy BBQ. I have been BLOWN AWAY from my first bite until this day. My favorite thing is the Pork Steak (and I'm not a St Louis area native). The Brisket, Burnt Ends, and "Pulled Local Hog" are amazing too; any one of them would be reason enough to make the trek. This is the review a place like this should never lower themselves to. I don't like it any better than anyone else, but it needs to be said, so let's get this over with and move on with life.
