Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

They BBQ is absolutely delicious. I have eaten there several times and have never had anything less than fantastic. One of the very very few restaurants where I crave their food.
I love that they make guests with food allergies feel welcome. Everyone can try the Delicious food. Well done!!!
Well I had my doubts about the Wagyu brisket, but it is the best brisket I ever ate period!!!, in my book they went from #3 to # 1 in the brisket catagory, I doubt they will be knocked off, I'm already wanting to go back to get more...by the way I got the fatty cut not the lean.
Unbelievable experience in bbq in my life !!! I have not ever had bbq this good. We need one in northern Michigan. Just sayin ❤️❤️❤️❤️
