Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Wagyu, pork steak, and Sprouts with belly were amazing! Wish it was closer to us...we’d go every weekend.

I ate here after discovering the restaurant through the St Louis Mac & Cheese Throwdown event. Their mac and cheese which won first place in the first year of the event and third place in the second year of the event is an absolute diamond. I tried the pork steak the kielbasa the pulled pork the brisket the ribs and bacon fried brussel sprouts. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful clean with friendly staff. excellent food that we found at this little place from trip advisor!
Amazing! We searched “food near me” & this came up so we had no idea what to expect. There was a bit of a wait so we figured it was good but it was easily the beast BBQ we’ve had in years!!! We’ll make the drive from St.Peters, MO to go again.
Loved it.... All of the staff were nice.. Kitchen crew knocked it out the park. Tried the wings this time. Wow!
