They did a very good job, gave estimate on the same day as request and did work the next day.
Very responsive, willing and able to do the job on short notice.
Didn't get the carpet completely clean. Tried to sell us on how to erase mortgage debt the very last thing. Was much later than he told us he would be, hours later infact.
He was right on time, he didn't try to force me to buy the scotch-guard like many cleaning services do, he always had me inspect each area to make sure it was to my satisfaction and he didn't over charge me. He only charged what he estimated over the phone.

Mr. Beale gave a quote without having seen our home. This was acceptable to us, as we had already received two other estimates at about the same price. We needed to have a corner restretched, so he arranged to have an affiliate meet him at our home to complete the stretching.
