great cleaning of our carpets and left no mess to clean up for us-he has great communication and kept us informed on his available schedule to come out as this was an emergency cleaning as we had a leak in our basement-thanks Anthony!
Nice man, good work and service. The carpets look great! The only drawback was that it was not "truck-mounted" carpet cleaning--if that makes a difference--not sure. But, great overall!
Mr. Beale contacted me right away. He kept in touch the day of upholstery cleaning first to give me a time frame for his arrival time. He called two other times to give a more exact time of arrival and then to let me know he was on his way. Mr. Beale is a very pleasant person. He works quickly and did a great job. I appreciated that he did not try to pressure me to buy more services. I would use him again.
He did a great job with the carpets in our new home! Very thorough. Offered other services we weren't interested in, like ways to pay off your mortgage. Great with getting back to you on the phone. Hours were not very flexible. I would use him again.
I hired Beale?s cleaning they had quoted me a price over the phone I felt was reasonable, but when he showed up 4 hours late he wanted more money then I had been quoted. He became very nasty when I told him I would only pay the price I was quoted he used profanities and scared me to the point were I had to call some male friends to come over to my house since I was not comfortable being alone with this guy. Anthony from Beale's Cleaning Service was prompt, cost effective, and delivered a quality service. He called me within a couple hours of my submission to service magic. He then worked with me to schedule and complete the job I had hired him for within a week. He power washed my deck, patio, and fence and sealed it. I am very satisfied with the results.

Anthony went over and above to do our work within strict time limits. He also helped with a few issues that came up.
They were very thorough and fair with the price. The only thing they did not do was lock all the windows after they cleaned them. Some of the windows were not sealed properly as they are the type that you can pull in to clean them. Other than that, they did an excellent job and worked very hard! I would recommend them.
