The person was professional and thourough
They were late, but this did not pose a problem because they did a great job. The two person team worked hard to clean my carpets and really did a great job. Their price was a little higher then other quotes, but I felt more comfortable with them over the phone talking to them about the project. The carpets look very good now and I would definitely hire them again for this type of project.
